MEET CHEF ERIC ROGERS!
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Chef Eric learned at an early age the art of cooking from the soul.
From the young age of 8 years, Chef Eric worked in his family’s restaurant cooking family recipes with an unmatched passion.
That same passion grew into his adult years and now transcends into every dish he prepares.
Chef Eric considers himself a perfectionist in the kitchen and in preparing such cuisine as delectable Seafood Alfredo with homemade sauces, or Creole-style cuisine such as spicy jambalaya or Cajun-style gumbo, and let’s not forget his upbringing of soul food with cuisine such as smothered chicken with mac and cheese.
Chef Eric has built a very successful catering company in Nevaeh by staying true to the skills he learned growing up and branching from that training by adding several new culinary skills and techniques that have advanced him into an extraordinary chef.
While staying humble and knowing there is an abundance still to be learned in his young culinary career, Chef Eric envisions some day of owning and operating his own restaurant in the northeast Ohio area.
In creating a very diverse menu, Chef Eric considers his cuisine style to be Modern American with an upscale flare suited for any type of palate.
Chef Eric’s key purpose is to provide excellence in service, cuisine and experience.
Chef Eric understand that if these three key measures are met with his clientele, then the brand he envisions creating will expand far past the area in which he is setting ablaze.
Currently, Chef Eric has been working with clientele on catered weddings, private parties, and at-home intimate candlelit dinners for two.
Also, in conjunction with the Perfectly Paired Ballroom Dancing Organization, patrons can find Chef Eric running a successful catering service in Euclid, Ohio every weekend.
