ABOUT CHEF ERIC
A unique eatery with passion inspired cuisine by celebrity & local Chef Eric Rogers and team. We began as Nevaeh Cuisine and Catering. Nevaeh Catering was established in 2003 by Chef Eric Rogers.
Chef Eric considers himself a perfectionist in the kitchen and in preparing such cuisine as delectable Seafood Alfredo with homemade sauces, or Creole-style cuisine such as spicy jambalaya or Cajun-style gumbo, and let’s not forget his upbringing of soul food with cuisine such as smothered chicken with mac and cheese.
The Fix Bistro is currently in a transitional period as we focus on opening BLACK BOX FIX in our new location in Legacy Village. During this transition, we are in the process of revamping our current menu and will offer a limited menu here at The Fix. Please view the menu below to see what changes have been made.

Fix Street Corn
Sweet corn deep fried then grilled, coated in creole garlic butter, topped w/ queso fresco cheese, bang sauce & fresh cilantro. Served w/ grilled lemon wedges.
Slap Me Shrimp
Seasoned butterflied jumbo shrimp deep fried then tossed in house made bang sauce, served on bed of lemon garlic oil arugula.
1 Railroader burger slider, 1 Hibachi Burger slider, & garlic parmesan fries.
Spring Greens, Cucumber, tomatoes, croutons, mixed cheese, select salad dressing.

Seasoned fresh 80/20 grilled beef topped w/ smoked gouda cheese, sautéed mushrooms & smoked bacon jam, served on toasted kaiser bun w/bed of arugula & herb mayo.
Tuscan Filet Cheesesteak Melt
Grilled filet mignon sauteed onions& mushrooms, melted swiss, smoked gouda & herb mayo, served on butter grilled Tuscan bread.
House seasoned fresh 80/20 grilled beef topped w/ shredded mozzarella/provolone, sautéed mushrooms, onions, peppers , topped w/ jumbo seasoned shrimp, served on a toasted kaiser bun w/ bed of spring greens & yum-yum mayo.

Creole sauteed tilapia on toasted kiaser bun w/ creole remoulade & spring greens.
Creole grilled shrimp w/ sauteed onion, mushrooms, peppers, melted swiss on toasted hoagie roll.
Grilled Chicken w/ Herb Sauce
Served with smoked gouda mashers, collard greens w/ smoked turkey.
House seasoned 8 oz center cut salmon topped w/ Creole cream sauce, served over a bed of jambalaya rice w/ roasted vegetable medley.

NOLA Chicken Pasta
Cajun marinated chicken sautéed w/ andouille sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers & garlic, tossed w/ penne pasta & romano alfredo sauce. Topped w/ grated parmesan & fresh chives.
Vegan Creole Fried Rice
Pan fried jambalaya rice w/ zucchini, onions, peppers & garlic, topped w/ Creole sautéed cabbage medley. Served w/ vegan bang sauce.
Moscato Salmon Pasta
Sauteed salmon with peppers, mushrooms, garlic, jumbo tail-on shrimp in white wine butter cream sauce.
Double cheeseburger sliders
(2) Grilled cheeseburgers on toasted rolls w/ bed of spring greens & herb mayo, served w/ fresh cut fries. Sub for any signature side for $1.00.
Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
Sautéed chicken & roasted broccoli, penne pasta tossed in romano alfredo sauce. Topped w/ grated parmesan.
